Dr. Marjan Kaveh is a board-certified chiropractic neurologist and founder of the Chiropractic Neurology Enhancement Center in Boca Raton, Florida. With over 26 years of clinical experience, she is known for her compassionate, individualized care and deep expertise in chiropractic neurology. Dr. Kaveh holds a Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science from Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angeles. She further completed advanced neurological training through the prestigious Carrick Institute of Neurology in San Francisco, including postgraduate study focused on childhood neurological disorders. Dr. Kaveh is a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (DACNB), having completed over 300 hours of postgraduate coursework in functional neurology and passing rigorous national board examinations. Fluent in both English and Persian, she connects with a wide range of patients from diverse backgrounds.

Her approach blends chiropractic care, nutrition, and advanced neurological techniques to restore function and enhance brain-body communication. She specializes in treating vertigo, balance disorders, mild brain injuries, nerve entrapment syndromes, and chronic pain.
