Before your visit

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can complete your initial paperwork. We offer easy-to use touchscreen kiosks in the office for your convenience.

To prepare, please bring:

  • Your Medicare insurance card and photo ID.
  • A list of current medications, including prescriptions and over the counter products ( with dosage and frequency)
  • Information about your medical and surgical history
  • Any recent test results, imaging ( X-rays, MRIs), or relevant medical records

Insurance and payment Information

We provide highly personalized chiropractic neurological care that goes beyond the limitations of standard insurance coverage. Our goal is to deliver exceptional quality, attention, and results-not just routine care.

We currently only accept Medicare. However, for patients with other insurance plans, we are happy to provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Please Note that:

  • Payment is due at the time of service for all non-Medicare patients.
  • You are responsible for any charges not covered by your Medicare insurance.
  • Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs, and we aim to work within a budget that supports your healing journey.

If you have questions about using a superbill or about Medicare coverage, feel free to call our office. For questions regarding personal insurance benefits, please contact your insurance provider directly.

Over time, we realized that being in-network with all insurance providers limited how we could serve our patients. The restrictions and time constraints made it difficult to provide the level of care we believe everyone deserves.

By stepping out of most insurance networks, we can now spend the time we need with each patient — no rushing, no shortcuts, just focused, personalized care that puts your health first.

We completely understand that insurance coverage can be an important factor, and we wish we could do more in that area. To help, we provide detailed receipts (superbills) for those with out-of-network benefits, which may allow for partial reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA funds to make visits more manageable.

We truly encourage you to experience our clinic for yourself — even just once — to see the difference that personalized, unrushed care can make.
